These terms cover your use of Pace, operated by Pace. Using the service means accepting them.
The service
Pace is a personal dashboard for recording goals, activity, outcomes, and tasks. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not give financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and nothing it displays should be treated as any of those.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the email address you sign in with and for anyone who can access it — a one-time sign-in link sent to your inbox is as sensitive as a password. Tell us if you believe someone else has reached your account.
Your content
What you record stays yours. Using the service grants no ownership of it to the operator, and it is not used to train anything, sold, or shared. The operator stores and processes it only to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, or store material that is unlawful to hold;
- attempt to reach another account’s data, or probe, scan, or test the security of the system;
- place load on it that interferes with other people’s use of it.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a failure at a hosting provider. Features may change, and features that hold data will not be removed without a way to export it first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for decisions made on the basis of what the service displays. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. The operator may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why where it is possible to do so.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that materially affects you will be sent to the email address on your account.
